# What is Motion Flow?

Motion Flow is a node-based extension for Adobe After Effects that drives motion graphics directly from real-world data.

Instead of manually typing text, numbers, or images, you connect:

* Maps
* RSS feeds
* YouTube data
* CSV files
* Maps
* NASA images
* APIs
* JSON files
* Media folders

And use that data to control animation.

Motion Flow turns data into motion.
